Phil Jackson has been involved in the farming industry since leaving agricultural college. He comes from a family background in the machinery trade and has over 20 years experience working in the field of agricultural machinery finance.
Tom Ladds has been involved in agricultural finance since 2014, before which he worked for Lincolnshire CC and in Westminster. Tom has a keen interest in farming which brought him back to his local Boston where he covers the majority of Lincolnshire and the surrounding counties.
Neil Cheeseman has an agricultural marketing degree, and worked for the Natwest Agricultural Office, before moving to Farming and Agricultural Finance Ltd, 15 years ago.
